Into the Cave is A Direct, Personal Experience with the Master known as Jesus
In 2011 while in meditation, I entered a cave. At the front of the cave, Jesus was teaching a small group who were sitting on what looked like stone benches. He stopped what he was saying, looked up and locked eyes with me. My this-body self felt instant connection and my eyes streamed tears. He said, “Welcome, friend. It’s so good to see you.” He gave me a hug. We spent some time being in one another’s presence. It felt like coming home.
In 2012 at a Jack Canfield conference, I met a woman who when we met got shivers as she began to download information to me. I am one of the 12 Mary’s who studied with Jesus. She had been meeting us all over the world and had been in that life in another role.
In 1996 I saw a psychic near Mount Shasta. When I sat down, she just looked at me for a while. She said, “You are very close with Jesus.” I said, “Yes, I know.” She said something like, “I mean, really close.”
A few months ago, as I was struggling amidst the chaotic energies all around us, Jesus came in strongly. He showed me the storm all around me/us as humans navigate this time in our story. He showed me what to do.
A few weeks ago, He spoke to the students of my Studio program.
And now, we are inviting you to a series of connections with Jesus and with me, where he will be sharing messages and working with us. I’m calling it “Into the Cave” and view it as a special invitation for us to enter the cave and receive what’s next for us individually and collectively.

In our live course, the first time Alaya taught this, several people in the course had had traumatic or unpleasant experiences as a child growing up in a particular religious tradition. For them, encountering the purity of this energy gave them an opportunity to heal, to consider their own beliefs, and to decide for themselves their truth about Jesus, spirituality, power and other related themes.

Apply what you learn to current world events and circumstances. In order to contribute your unique World Service, you must stay connected to Source, speak, act, and make decisions from that connected way of being, regardless of what is going on around you.
Work with your Divine Self, your body, nervous system, pineal gland, entire system. Activate your vision and awaken your healing hands. Purify and come into alignment with the core of who you are, as you are known in the realms of light.

The best way to know if this is for you is to find a quiet place or moment to sit, close your eyes, and ask your higher self. For example,
“I ask to be connected to my higher self.

Is this right for me?”
(wait. listen. feel. sense).
Notice how your body feels. Maybe you’ll hear a still quiet voice say yes or no. Maybe you’ll have an emotional feeling that feels uplifting and opening, or sense something more closed. Maybe you’ll see something with your third eye, or notice the light in the room shifting in some way. Be patient. Give it a little time to settle. If you still aren’t sure, ask for more clarity.
