How was the first year of Healing Hands?

A student's view:

I've been studying with Alaya for over 10 years and this haas been the most well-rounded, supple and thorough course yet. It's like all the 10 years prepared me for this life-changing 6-month journey. 

The course was very well held, lots of oppotunities to meet, practice, learn skills, build up stably the gridwork and a powerful and lasting foundation. 

The group felt cohesive. I felt that Alaya was very caring while at the same time creating the space for us students to be independent, we needed to show up in a new way. Alaya held a pristine space for all of us. 

The amount of classes, material, homework all felt like the right amount to keep the container tight and consistently spiraling upward, ever widening, deepening. More and it would have been overwhelming. Less and it could have been easier to fall off track.
